Day 336: Shoreline

Oops, sorry for the delay. Walking dogs at the shelter surely wore me out.

Please meet Dixie, a sweet 7-year-old grandma, and Bentley and his Princess.

Day 312: Start Bubbling

It's not quite finished. But I have an early meeting and survey downtown. So just tiny bubbling for today.

Day 310: "Beautiful Oops"

I came across a children's book called "Beautiful Oops" today and I just started dipping aluminum foil on the watercolor, dabbing it on a blank paper, spraying some water, dabbing a different color, waiting for the whole thing to dry, then adding some dark color to get some depth and then I got this lonely flower.

Day 309: Stones

I poured 3 colors, left some white space, then brushed a bit black and blue color for grass and stone texture.

Day 288: Painting for a Charity (In progress)

Ok. I skipped paddling on this gorgeous day to get this painting for our silent auction for a charity done as much as I can. I would say it's 80% done. I reduce the size but plan to paint another loose painting to get some variety. Better raise some money!

Day 277: One More Rose

Yaaaawwwn. Worked until 8 pm today but a day off is coming soon.

Day 276: Poppy

Working until 10 pm is not fun! Fortunately I had a company today.
Isn't it strange that it's always the same people working hard and late ? Do we work too slowly ? Or did we not manage time so well ?
By the way, I really want to try Sumie painting! It should be a great way to practice brush work. :)

Day 274: Fall Greeting

It's a relaxing Sunday evening for me. So I just turned on music and started painting. I'd say this is my test drive for the real painting which I will donate to the silence auction for charities at our company annual party in November.

I plan to use this for my autumn greeting card. Keep an eye on the announcement on my Facebook. :)
